Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Skeleton Clique Soiree Party. Because this is a catered event, we must provide our vendors with a final guest count in advance. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.
Refund Deadline
Full refunds are available through September 30. Refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) on September 30.
After September 30, all ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including for illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, or any other reason. You understand that you cannot resell and/or transfer your ticket once purchased, as it is linked to your name upon check-in at the venue. Additionally, if you are found reselling your ticket, it will immediately be voided without a refund. IDs shall be checked upon entry to the venue, you must possess a valid ID. You must be 18 or older to attend alone. If you are under 18, you must have a legal parent or guardian present to attend this event.

We reserve the right to deny any person(s) entry to the event without a refund if they are found breaking the terms and conditions and/or refund policy.
Waitlist
If the event sells out, guests may join a waitlist. When a ticket is refunded on or before September 30, it may be offered to the next person on the waitlist at the current ticket price.
After September 30, tickets will no longer be refunded through the event organizers. Guests on the waitlist may still be offered newly released tickets, if any become available, at the standard event ticket price.
